Chief Production Officer
Samuel Tomic has been Chief Production Officer since July 2023. In this function, he is responsible for the expansion of radio sites from the acquisition to the technical approval of these, network modernization for radio network operators, and controlling general contractors via vendor management.
He started his professional career in 1994 as an employee in construction management, while still studying civil engineering in Stuttgart. After completing his studies in 1996, he started at Müller Altvatter GmbH & Co KG and worked in positions such as construction manager, later as project manager and finally as senior construction manager. His responsibility extended over several major turnkey building construction projects.
From 2008 to 2010, he was responsible for the realization of the Race Track Hotels in Yas-Island, Abu Dhabi. At its peak, 4,000 people were working on the 24/7 construction site. In 2010, he was appointed to the management team. Numerous international projects under his leadership followed. These included the hospital project New Children Hospital in Dublin, King Abdullah Aziz soccer stadium in Saudi Arabia and nationally the Hackesches Quartier and the renovation of the Altes Postfuhramt in Berlin, as well as the construction of a hotel and residential complex at Opernplatz in Frankfurt
From 2021 to May 2022, he served as Managing Director of Ralf Schmitz GmbH in project development. As Managing Director of PROJECT Immobilien Management in Nuremberg, he was responsible for around 40 developments, planning and construction projects for residential and commercial purposes in Germany and Austria from May 2022 to June 2023.
