Compliance is a central element of our corporate culture. The GD Towers Group has established a comprehensive Compliance-Management-System (CMS) to ensure that we act responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with the law.

Whistleblowing System
The GD Towers Group does not tolerate violations of laws, internal policies, or the GD Towers Code of Conduct. We act with integrity and responsibility towards colleagues, business partners, and the public.
We offer all stakeholders of the group the opportunity to report (potential) violations through our whistleblowing system. Your report helps us to continuously improve, identify risks at an early stage, and detect and remedy (potential) misconduct. The GD Towers Group investigates all reports of violations and treats them confidentially in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. Whistleblowers are protected in accordance with the relevant statutory provisions.
In addition, the external reporting office of the Federal Government at the Federal Office of Justice is available for the submission of reports.
